Then they can reduce the daily support and use the funding for more assistance during Social and Community Participation or on Consumables for improved functional capacity.
If the participant’s disability is preventing them from accessing public transport, they can get transport funding under the NDIS. This will also help them to become independent as the funding will make it convenient for the participant to get more involved in work and social activities.
